Define the programme you must deliver, the number of learners and teachers, the languages involved and the records you must produce. Shortlist two platforms, run a real pilot on each, and choose on teacher adoption rather than feature count.
Feature lists rarely decide anything, because most platforms list the same features. What differs is how long a teacher takes to publish a lesson, whether learners can join a live class on a phone without help, and whether the reports you must send exist without manual work.
A useful sequence: write the requirement in one page; check published limits and prices against it; create a free workspace; build one real course; teach one real session; produce one real report. If a platform survives that, the rest is negotiation.
